Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant environment
• Guest-oriented mindset backed by the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• Open availability required for the Restaurant General Manager role
• Proven ability to drive positive sales and grow guest counts
• Genuine passion for developing and mentoring team members
• Strong grasp of financial operations, including cash handling, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
