Assistant General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant – Savannah, GA

Base Salary: $70,000 – $78,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

A high-volume, full-service restaurant in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team. This is a hands-on role in a scratch kitchen environment where hospitality, teamwork, and community are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a strong operator who can lead daily restaurant operations, build strong teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, welcoming setting in Savannah, GA.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations alongside the General Manager

• Train, develop, and motivate team members to ensure excellence in service and execution

• Manage labor, inventory, and other key performance metrics

• Foster a positive culture that reflects the values of the Savannah, GA community

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, made-from-scratch food and warm hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably as an AGM or similar role

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and retain great teams
