Restaurant General Manager – Myrtle Beach, SC

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high volume, fast paced restaurant in Myrtle Beach, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on leader who enjoys developing people, building a strong culture, and delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

Lead all daily restaurant operations
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high performing team
Maintain excellent standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service
Manage labor, food costs, scheduling, inventory, and overall profitability
Create an energetic, positive, and accountable workplace
Build strong relationships within the Myrtle Beach, SC community
Ensure company policies and operational standards are consistently followed

Qualifications

At least three years of restaurant management experience
General Manager experience in a high volume quick service or fast casual environment preferred
Proven success managing sales, labor, food costs, and profitability
Strong coaching and team development skills
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional guest experience
