Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Familiarity with cost and inventory management
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of various software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
