About the Role
As a Service Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily Front of House operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and team members. From training and coaching staff to managing costs and creating an engaging environment, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Front of House operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a motivated, high-performing staff.
- Manage liquor orders, control costs, and ensure compliance with liquor laws.
- Create a vibrant atmosphere through contests, themed events, and incentives.
- Conduct interviews, hire team members, and develop weekly schedules.
- Enforce food safety standards and employment policies.
- Provide daily feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
