Your Impact


As Front of House Manager, you will be the driving force behind the guest experience. You’ll lead from the floor, inspire excellence, and ensure every service runs seamlessly.

You will:

  • Champion an elevated, warm, and memorable guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
  • Manage daily service operations with precision and professionalism
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and labor efficiency
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of top-tier talent
  • Respond to guest feedback with poise and urgency
  • Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure flawless service execution
  • Maintain impeccable service standards, cleanliness, and compliance


What We’re Looking For


You are a confident hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, upscale environments.

  • 2–5 years of FOH management experience in high-volume, upscale dining
  • A natural leader who motivates and inspires excellence
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Hands-on floor presence and problem-solving ability
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
