Position:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations, assist with staff management, and help ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of $38,000 annually, with opportunities for growth into higher leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing restaurant operations, including helping with staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Support efforts to drive sales and profitability while upholding high standards of food quality and service.
• Help train, mentor, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies under the guidance of the General Manager.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (or equivalent leadership in a fast-paced environment).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and best practices (P&L exposure a plus but not required).
