Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Create an outstanding guest experience by engaging with customers, building relationships, resolving concerns, and ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service, quality food, cleanliness, organization, and consistent execution.
• Lead From the Front: Train, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable while creating a positive, high-energy, service-focused team.
• Build Guest Loyalty: Develop relationships with regular customers, welcome new guests, and help strengthen the restaurant's reputation throughout Surprise, AZ.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure proper staffing, shift readiness, opening and closing procedures, food safety, and restaurant standards.
• Take Charge: Confidently lead the restaurant in the General Manager's absence, handle challenges, and make sound decisions that keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in full-service, independently operated restaurants or restaurant and bar concepts.
• Outstanding Hospitality Skills: A natural ability to connect with guests, create memorable experiences, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Proven success leading front-of-house teams, coaching employees, and maintaining high service standards.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including dining room management, bar service, staffing, and kitchen coordination.
• Ability to handle guest complaints, busy service periods, employee challenges, and unexpected operational issues with confidence.
• An energetic, outgoing, hands-on leader who leads by example and takes pride in running an exceptional restaurant.
