Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will demonstrate leadership and expertise in all areas of the kitchen and be responsible for the Front of the House also- Customer focused at all times. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for selecting, hiring, training, supervising, and developing the staff. The Restaurant Manager will manage day-to-day shifts, oversee food inventories and labor, closely monitor all safety and sanitation procedures, keep all equipment in shipshape, and help every employee provide guests with top-quality food that’s always perfectly prepared and presented.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant Manager must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things

· A solid track record of controlling costs, sanitation, food quality, and guest focused is a must for the Restaurant Manager

· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant Manager

· The Restaurant Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years in a fast casual Restaurant Background or QSR Background.
