Join Mathew Sherry, Chef de Cuisine in our fine dining, Michelin recommended, 4 AA Rosette Number One restaurant kitchen working alongside our talented chefs passionate about using fresh seasonal produce while developing and training their team.

Like our award-winning team, you should be passionate about modern cooking, being creative, and delivering world-class hospitality to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Use the finest products, and cook from scratch to create a unique experience for our guests

• Be part of a kitchen brigadeto prepare and present food to the highest standards

• Use creative methods of cooking

• Be able to work under pressure during busy periods

• No split shift to support your work-life balance

• Work 5 days a week for dinner service only
