Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service.
• Lead, train, develop, and motivate team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Help manage labor costs, inventory, ordering, and operational expenses.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to improve restaurant performance and overall profitability.
• Ensure service standards, food quality, and guest experience expectations are consistently met.
• Create and maintain staff schedules while ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a culture of excellence throughout the restaurant.

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of management experience in a similar restaurant management role is required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
