Director of Residences | Private Family | Palm Beach County, FL

A private family is seeking a seasoned hospitality leader to oversee the operations, staff, and standards of their residences. This is a senior, hands-off leadership role for someone who has run a five-star operation and wants to bring that discipline to a private setting.

What you’ll do

• Lead, train, and develop household managers and staff across multiple properties
• Set service standards, write SOPs, and hold the team accountable to them
• Run structured performance reviews tied to compensation
• Oversee maintenance, vendors, and capital projects through house managers and trusted contractors
• Manage budgets and provide clear, regular reporting to the principal
• Serve as the principal’s single point of contact for all residential matters

What you bring

• 10+ years of senior leadership in luxury hospitality: luxury hotel or resort, private club, or high-end residential or hotel-condo properties
• A proven record of building teams, training staff, and managing performance
• Strong financial skills and experience overseeing facilities and projects
• Polish, sound judgment, and absolute discretion
• A self-directed approach. You anticipate needs and solve problems without being directed.
